Being His Church Together
About Us
In Matthew 16, Jesus said, “I will build My Church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it.” This has been our story. This church has been prayed for, dreamt about, and the foundation laid for decades in our community. In 2017, active planning began to launch this church. Spearheaded by Solid Rock in Worthington, with the support of many other congregations, a core team was built.
On September 9, 2018, the first service was held in the Fulda High School gym with 146 people attending. This day came quickly and publicly, but the real work had been done for decades by numerous people in this community to prepare the hearts of the community for what God had in store. The story is being written every day by those who faithfully seek the King and His Kingdom to let His will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

This was the normal experience of all in the early Christian Church. With it comes the enduement of power for life and service, the bestowment of the gifts and their uses in the work of the ministry.
